Domaine Cornu cares about protecting your data. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Contact form: name, email address, subject and content of your message.
Orders and customer account: name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, order history.
Payment: handled by Crédit Agricole's secure Up2pay e-Transactions platform. The estate never has access to your card details.
To answer your requests, process, ship and invoice your orders, manage your customer account and, if you agree, measure website traffic. This processing is based on the performance of your order, our legal obligations (accounting) or your consent.
Your data is reserved for Domaine Cornu and its technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their work: website host (o2switch), payment provider, carrier for delivery. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Data relating to contact requests and customer accounts is kept for 5 years after the last exchange. Invoices are kept for 10 years, in line with accounting obligations.
The website uses cookies needed for it to work (cart, account login). Audience measurement cookies and third-party content (Google map, videos) are only set with your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time:
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@domaine-cornu.com or by post to the estate's address.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
