1. Purpose<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

These terms and conditions of sale apply to sales of wine concluded on the domaine-cornu.com website between SCEA Domaine Cornu, 6 rue du Meix Grenot, 21700 Magny-l\u00e8s-Villers, France (RCS Dijon D 334 472 867), and any natural person acting as a consumer. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Sales restricted to adults<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 is prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer certifies that they are at least 18 years old; the estate may ask for proof.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Products<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The wines offered are described on their product page with their appellation and vintage. Photographs are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. Prices<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed (see the Shipping costs<\/a> page).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Orders<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The buyer selects their wines, checks the contents of their cart, chooses a delivery method, then confirms the order after accepting these terms. A confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

6. Payment<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Payment is made by bank card on Cr\u00e9dit Agricole's secure Up2pay e-Transactions platform. The order is processed as soon as payment is accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. Delivery<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The wines are delivered in France to the address given when ordering, or can be collected free of charge at the estate by appointment. The buyer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt and, if there is a problem, writes precise reservations for the carrier and informs the estate within 48 hours.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, by sending the estate the withdrawal form<\/a> or any other unambiguous statement. The bottles must be returned intact, unopened, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying the decision; return costs are borne by the buyer. The estate refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard rate), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal decision; the refund may be withheld until the bottles have been received back.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

9. Legal guarantees<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The estate is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved with the estate, the buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: [mediator to be added: name, website, address].<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

13. Applicable law<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

These terms are governed by French law.
